Description

The semi-detached houses belong to a private tenant-owners’ association that rents out its houses through Sudersand Resort. With 62 sqm and a 22 sqm sleeping loft, they are state-of-the-art and of a high standard.

They feature a fully equipped kitchen with fridge & freezer and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, TV with basic channels, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove.

They also have air conditioning and a private patio with their own barbecue.

The number of beds varies from house to house; but they have either four single beds, or two single beds and a bunk bed, in two separate rooms downstairs. The sleeping loft contains two to four beds. The sleeping loft does not have full standing height.

Optional arrival day during weeks 1–24 and 34–52. Changeover day is Sunday for weekly rentals, and no nightly rentals are available during weeks 27–32. Short-week stays are possible (Sun–Thu or Thu–Sun).

The calendar shows green when many units are available, orange when only a few are left, and red when fully booked. Contact us to be placed on the waiting list.

Incheckning FRÅN kl. 15.00. Högsäsong: Ni får ett sms när ert boende är klart för incheckning. Vid hög pågång så kan incheckningen dröja längre än kl. 15.00.
Valfri ankomstdag under veckorna 1-24 samt 34-52. Endast veckohyra/kortveckor under v.27-32, bytesdag söndagar/torsdagar.
Det finns en laddningspunkt för elbilar på området (mot avgift). Egen laddkabel medtages, av modell typ 2.
Slutstädning beställes senast 40 dagar innan ankomst under högsäsong (midsommar till v.32).
Villorna är privatägda och har därmed olika inredning.
Tänk på att ta med egna lakan, täcke och kudde finns. Sänglinneset finns att hyra.
På anläggningen är det 18-årsgräns, förutom i vuxet sällskap. På midsommar och Fårönatta gäller 25-årsgräns.
