Beachfront villa

The beach villas are located 100 meters from the shoreline and are 110 sqm in size, with an 85 sqm sun terrace. The villas are state-of-the-art, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villas have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge & freezer and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with shower and a laundry room, TV with basic channels and a wood-burning stove.

They also have a private sauna.

The beach villas have their own Wi-Fi.

The beds are arranged with 2 beds in each of the 3 bedrooms, plus 2 additional sleeping places in a sofa bed in the living room.

You may arrive on any day of the week during weeks 1–24 and 34–52. Changeover day is Sunday for weekly rentals, and no nightly rentals are available during weeks 25–33.

The beach villas are part of a private housing cooperative that rents out its houses through Sudersand Resort.

Pets are not allowed in these houses – however, this does not mean they are completely free from pets, as the owners of the houses may have had animals there.
