In 1994, the current owners, Rolf & Lotta Gebenius Lindvall, took over the holiday village from Region Gotland. Together with Christina & Jan Nordin, they rented out these 42 cottages for the next 10 years. Jan & Christina then said goodbye and moved on to other adventures. At the same time, their sons Björn & Johan began to approach their teens and were gradually allowed to contribute to the holiday village. The years have now passed and after Björn & Johan have had time to work in the kitchen, counter, bar, receptions, kiosks (yes, where haven't they worked) they are now co-owners together with Rolf & Lotta. The holiday village has been expanded to several cottages and villas where there are now 124 different properties to rent. Two surrounding camping areas have been added to the portfolio, along with the restaurant Majkens Kök, pools, adventure golf, paddle courts, playground etc.
