Processing of personal data

This privacy policy applies to Sudersand Resort AB, corporate ID number 556474-4240. We process personal data in order to offer our services to companies and private individuals. To be able to do this, we need to collect and process certain personal data.

1. Personal data collected about you

Contact details. When you, on your own behalf or on behalf of your client, wish to engage us for services, you need to provide your name, phone number, address, and email.

2. How your data is collectedInformation is collected when you contact us to make a booking via our website and online booking system, by email, by phone, or in person.

3. How your data is used.

Your personal data is mainly used to provide, perform, and improve the assignments we carry out on your behalf or on behalf of your principal. Your personal and contact information will be processed to administer and provide the Service to you (i.e., to be able to fulfil the agreement). For example, your personal data is used to book hotels, spas, and restaurants. Technical data is used to ensure that our site is presented in the best possible way for you.

• Your personal and contact information (including email and mobile phone) may be used to send you messages, such as reminders and booking confirmations.
• Your contact details and booking information may also be used for a survey that will be sent to you after your stay. The purpose of the survey is to enable us to improve and further develop the Service, and it is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Participation in the survey is voluntary.
• When you book a hotel through an online travel agency, such as Boookings.com or hotels.com (digital partner), you provide your personal data to them. This personal data is controlled and processed by each respective party in accordance with their own privacy policy. Once a booking has been completed through an OTA, they send certain personal data to the relevant hotel to confirm that the booking has been made. When you book through a travel agency, you provide your personal data directly to the travel agency, which processes your personal data in the course of its business. The travel agency can therefore identify you, for example by using your booking number.
• We are not responsible for how each party handles the personal data you have provided directly to them.

4. How long your data is stored

Your personal data is stored for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose of the agreement and your trip to us. We retain your contact details for a longer period than the term of the agreement so that we can contact you at a later time. Please contact us if you no longer wish this to be the case.

5. Your data is shared with others

Your personal data may sometimes need to be transferred to or shared with others. We may need to provide necessary information to Swedish and foreign authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, the police, border control authorities, or other public authorities, if we are required to do so by law or if you have consented to our doing so.

You therefore have the right to receive information about, and influence, how your personal data is processed by us. You may at any time request a copy of your personal data and information on how it has been collected, used, shared, etc.
