Cancellation is of course possible, but certain conditions apply.

• For cancellations made 40 days or more before arrival, the cancellation fee is 10% of the agreed amount*.
  
• For cancellations made 39 to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the agreed amount.
  
• For cancellations made 13 to 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the agreed amount.
  
• For cancellations made 0–1 day before arrival, or if an ongoing stay is cut short, the cancellation fee is 100%.

Sudersand Resort reserves the right to collect any agreed amount that has not been paid.

The guest can protect themselves against the cancellation fees mentioned above by adding cancellation protection when booking.

*The agreed amount refers to the total price of the booking, excluding any fees (booking fee, invoice fee, etc.) and cancellation protection.

Booking modification

Additions to a booking (an extended stay, bed linen, etc.) can of course be made free of charge. Transfer* of accommodation is permitted up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to a transfer fee of SEK 500 per booking and occasion.
Please note: If the arrival or departure date is changed in a way that shortens the stay, the cancelled nights will be treated as a cancellation, and our cancellation terms will apply to those specific nights.

Please ensure that the guest named on the booking is also the person checking in, and bring a valid ID.

For a "hidden" transfer**, an additional fee of SEK 1,000 will be charged to the guest checking in.

Subletting or transferring accommodation for a higher fee than the guest originally paid is, of course, not permitted. If this is suspected, Sudersand Resort reserves the right to refuse the transfer.

*The transfer is carried out in practice as follows: the new guest makes the payment to us at Sudersand Resort as usual, and once we have received the funds, we issue a refund (less any fees) to the transferring guest.

** A concealed transfer occurs when a booking is sold to another guest without changing the name on the booking. We do NOT accept this for several reasons, including our desire to prevent bookings from being resold at inflated prices and our commitment to protecting our guests' safety.
