At Sudersand Resort, certain units are owned by private individuals who use our services for rentals.

These properties are the semi-detached houses, the terrace villas & the beach villas.

All practical matters, such as check-in, check-out and payment, are handled by us at Sudersand Resort. Our accommodation terms apply just as usual and give you peace of mind when renting a private house on Fårö.

Of course, the furnishings can vary from house to house, so if there’s anything in particular you’re wondering about, just ask.

In these private properties, pets are generally not allowed. However, they are permitted in one of the semi-detached houses (house no. 704). If animals are found in these houses anyway, cleaning and decontamination will be required and a decontamination fee must be charged to the guest.
