At the hotel, check-out is always at 11:00 a.m.
The cottages must be cleaned upon check-out – if final cleaning has been booked, check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. For final cleaning, the dishes must be washed and dried and all garbage removed.Final cleaning can be booked up to 40 days before arrival.
Leave a cabin key at reception when you check out; we will inspect the cleaning after you have departed. You therefore do not need to wait for an inspection at the cabin. If you need to catch ferries and leave before reception opens, please leave the key in the black mailbox on the reception wall; we will check your cleaning after you have left. If we find that the cleaning is not sufficient, we reserve the right to charge you afterwards for the final cleaning of your unit plus an additional 25% fee.
Option to easily check out on your own.This can be an advantage if you have an early ferry to catch and need to leave before the reception opens, or if there is a long queue for check-out.
Log in to My Pages. Under your booking you’ll find your balance and a button that takes you to a payment window, where you can pay the remaining amount by card. (Log in with the email address you provided when making the booking; click on “Forgot password” if this is your first time logging in.)
Cabin guests: please leave your key in the black box on the reception wall.
Campers: just drive out through the barrier.
