Check in at Reception EAST for accommodation in cabins, rooms, villas or on pitches 301–349 and 468–479. During peak season, you will receive a text message when your cabin is ready for check-in, so you can enjoy other activities in the meantime.
Camping cabins 1–16, pitches 1–170 & 401–425 and tent pitches check in at Reception WEST.
At the reception desks you will receive your key, code, and information about which cabin or campsite you will be staying at.
The person listed on the booking is the one who will check in. Please bring ID at check-in.
When checking in at campsites (caravan, motorhome and tent), you need a camping ID (free but mandatory). Get this before you check in to speed up the process - Go to Camping.se’s website here.
Cabins & rooms are available from 3:00 PM. Campsites from 2:00 PM. (PLEASE NOTE: The times are approximate. In periods of high demand or if more cleaning than usual is required in our units, check-in may take place later than 3:00 PM – we will inform you by text message when your cabin is ready for check-in).
Please note that we only accept card payments at check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash.
Upon arrival when the reception is closed, or during the low season
If you arrive outside our reception opening hours, this is what we do:
Cabin & room guests:we will hang out your keys, with a tag for the barriers, in a key cabinet located on the reception wall. You will receive a text message with a code that you use to open the cabinet. (The code is sent at the reception’s closing time on your arrival day.)
For guests with a camping reservation: you will receive a text message with a code. The code gives you access to the barriers, service buildings, showers, etc. Please come to the reception the following day to check in.
Drop-in –cabin guests: unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests wishing to book cabins after closing time. No keys are left out and the heating is turned off. Please make your booking at least one day in advance.
Check-in is not possible between 00:00 and 09:00 at night.
